The taller male’s hand is remarkably warm, even considering the gloves he was wearing.

“Sorry to bother you, but unless I’m mistaken you work at Junes, correct? I was looking for some charcoal and some lighter fluid for a little bit of a trick of mine.” The man chuckled lightly and smirked at a bit of an inside joke. “Or maybe some high proof alcohol, if you have any. I don’t drink it, it’s for the feat.” It almost always impressed people, and he was good at it, so why not let the introduction start off with a bang?

“Hm? Ah, yeah. I’m the manager’s son.” he confirms the other’s first statement with a lie, said lie being believed by everyone else, including the manager in question. Nothing about the way he says it or holds himself signals this fact, however. It’s stated calmly and clearly. Though, sad to say, this calmness does falter a bit when the older male clarifies on what he’s looking for.

“A-A trick, you say…” Yosuke repeats, mind pointing more towards arson than an innocent trick. “So you’re a magician or something, then…?”

‘It’d explain the clothing, then…maybe.’

Logan just lightly winked at that, another low chuckle at the joke. “I guess you could say that. Here, let me show you an example.’ The boy pulled a small bottle from his pocket, a clear liquid that he quickyl poured into his mouth. After a short second, he aimed his head off to the side and blew out a small white flame, smoke still trickling after he was finished with a smile.

“Fire breathing. Nice little trick, huh? I was running low on fuel though.” Didn’t have to say that the liquid he had was just some water, and he blew flames out naturally. Logan already had put the lighter fluid and alcohol in the other’s head.

“Ah! It’s nice to meet you! I hope you don’t mind, I’m not really that good at creating a unique layout.” The humanoid smiled at the younger and shorter boy, leaning down a small bit. “Logan is my name. A pleasure.” Logan held out a hand, careful of his sharp nails, and offered it to the other.

Yosuke looks down at the offered hand, a skeptical and slightly turned off look on his face. The taller male gives the Persona user a bit of an odd vibe, though due to what he can’t be sure of. Is it just the height and odd, cosplay-esque garb? His name definitely labels him to be a foreigner.. or maybe… he’s not human?

The Magician chooses the former to go by, not having any evidence of himself having a knack for sensing the paranormal. Never really ran into any other inhuman creatures posing as human either. Forcing a smile, he takes Logan’s hand and shakes it albeit a bit awkwardly.

“Hey there… My name’s Yosuke. —Hanamura Yosuke. Did you, ah… need something from me?”
